Current management and directors co-discovered Goldcorp’s & Teck’s significant discoveries in Guerrero, currently in advanced stages of exploration and production. These include: Nukay, Los Filos, Mina Verde, Ana Paula and El Limon.
Ms. Kearvell is a geologist (BSc) with over 20 year's exploration experience working with both junior and senior companies throughout North America. She came to Mexico in 1994 with Teck Exploration and has acquired extensive experience in doing business in Mexico. During that time, Ms. Kearvell directly participated in and is a co-discoverer of Teck’s San Nicolas VMS deposit in Zacatecas. Following that, she was project manager for the Morelos Norte project whose exploration team is responsible for the El Limon-Los Guajes gold skarn in Guerrero. Ms. Kearvell resides in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Mr. Castro is a geological engineer with over 20 years experience within the mineral resource sector of the Mexican Geological Survey (the SGM), holding intermediate and senior management positions responsible for exploration, geophysical and drilling projects throughout Mexico. He was the coordinator for the Mining State Monographs for the states of Veracruz, Puebla, Oaxaca, Chiapas and Campeche. He was head of the department for Geological Sciences at the faculty of Engineering, National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), and is a professor of field geology and metallogeny. He is proficient in GIS and Datamine systems and most recently he has been a consultant to the private exploration industry.
Dr. Euresti is the past COO of Aurea Mining Inc. Dr. Euresti has over 41 years experience in State and Privately-owned Mexican mining companies, such as Cananea, Autlán, Real de Angeles, Real del Monte (Managing Director), Macocozac, Química Fluor, Zincamex, and Lampazos among others. Dr Euresti has a Ph.D. Mineral Economics from Penn State University, and has a Metallurgic and Mining Engineer degree from the University of Guanajuato, Mexico. Dr. Euresti lives in Mexico City.
Mr. Miranda is President of InterAmerica Consulting & Development Inc., a private business consulting company he founded in 1995 to develop business ventures between Canada and Mexico. Mr. Miranda's functions include all financial, administrative and accounting aspects, including preparation and supervision of filings. He has also served as director, officer or consultant for several companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since 1997, and brings extensive public market experience to the Company. A civil engineer by training, Mr. Miranda holds a master's degree in Project Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
